Delivery Information and Returns Policy
Clothes to Nature aims to meet current Distance Selling Regulations
1. Delivery Information - We aim to despatch all orders within 7-14 working days of receipt. In the event that your order will take longer than this, we will contact you to notify you of the expected delivery date, and you will have the option to cancel if you wish.
2. Returns Policy - If you are not delighted with your purchase you are welcome to return it to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods for a refund or replacement. If you cancel your order you will have your payment refunded provided you return your goods in perfect condition, with all packaging, to us at Clothes To Nature, 3 Lametton Green, St Keyne, Liskeard, Cornwall, PL14 4SE. Before returning any goods please phone our office for advice on 0157 9340 906.
Note: If you are returning your item for a refund it is your responsibility to pay the cost of postage. If however you are returning an item for replacement the cost of the postage will be refunded to your Credit/Debit card that you used at the time of placing your order. Any items returned to us that are lost in transit will not be credited. We therefore recommend that you use Royal Mail's signed for service.
3. Damages - in the unlikely event that the goods you receive from us are damaged or faulty please contact as soon as possible so that we can rectify the problem. This does not affect your statutory rights.
